Events in 2023
We just love going out and about around the county attending Plant Fairs,
meeting new and old customers, showing keen gardeners the best of what we produce.
This also enables us to meet and have a chat with other growers, swapping stories as well as plants.

Always our first trip out of the year and somehow the organisers always manage to arrange for the weather to be decent. Situated amongst the trees inside the nature reserve you will find 20 or so nurseries in attendance plus other garden related stalls. A walk around the Fen followed by a well deserved cup of tea and a slice of cake is a must after first buying some plants.
*****Unfortunately we were unable to attend this year *****

The first ever event we attended way back in 2008 and one we are always pleased to support.
Lord and Lady Carlisle open the gates to their garden which the public are allowed to wander around, and very kindly allow us to set up on the lawns of their lovely home which makes a great backdrop to the event.

NEW FOR US THIS YEAR..!!!! An event that we have wanted to attend for ages but it always clashed with other events. With the event being from 10am until 1pm I expect it to be a pretty busy sale.!

Sudbury Market Place in aid of The Quay Theatre. CO10 2EA
May 1st 2023
Always a very interesting one to set-up at, as the event takes place in the Market Place and is completely open to the public. So the really keen customers are always taking a peek into the van as soon as we arrive to grab the best plants!

This will be our third appearance at this extremely popular event. Held at the highly regarded nursery,
this is a highlight for many people "in the know", especially now the the nursery is only open on special open days. Don't miss out on this rare event!

Karl gets so busy here I have to leave the nursery for a rare day out to help him and I can see why.
The high street is overflowing with an amazing array of plants and garden related items.
Seeing the High Street crammed with plants people is an absolutely fantastic sight.!

May 28th and 29th 2023

The event in May is without doubt the most stressful but our most favourite. The crowds just pour into the grounds of Helmingham Hall and we rarely get a chance to sit down during the whole day.
50+ nurseries and garden related stalls all laid out in front of the glorious Hall and a walk around the garden is a must. This is our biggest shop window so its vital I get the plants looking their absolute best and make sure the display is perfect.

The event in Sept is a much calmer event than the May one but just as enjoyable. The crowds gently wander around the grounds of Helmingham Hall and we get a chance to catch up with fellow stall holders and chat about how the year has been. 50+ nurseries and garden related stalls all laid out in front of the glorious Hall and a walk around the garden is a must.
